We have a 7 day return policy for manufacturing defects on items (ex. chipped paint, sewing defects). This does not include breakage due to negligence of the wash care instructions. Please email us at for further inquiries.
We have a 7 day exchange policy for items with the wrong size. Payment for back and forth shipments will be shouldered by the customer. For further inquiries email us at

We have a no refund policy. All items, once purchased, are final.

A purchase is considered final once the total payment has been made.

We have a 7 day reservation period. Any order that remains unpaid after 7 days will be considered forfeited.

C.O.D. orders are processed within 7 working days. Customers must pay for shipping fee + total price of orders upon delivery. Tracking number will be given to the customer. Shipping fee for C.O.D. items are as follows:

Pending payment — Order received, no payment initiated. Awaiting payment (unpaid).

Failed — Payment failed or was declined (unpaid). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified (e.g., PayPal).

Processing — Payment received (paid) and stock has been reduced; order is awaiting fulfillment. 

Completed — Order fulfilled and complete – requires no further action.

On hold — Awaiting payment – stock is reduced, but you need to confirm payment.

Cancelled — Cancelled by an admin or the customer – stock is increased, no further action required.

Refunded — Refunded by an admin – no further action required.
